Spanking... Is an appropiate form of punishment?

   Spanking is not recomendable, people used to think it was necessary to spank, you should never spank a child.
   Many children have an increased amount of violence and aggression.
   Some children are inmensely affected by spanking. Spanking is in appropiate because children are affected, the spank is a very bad punishment!

   Discipline is often confused with abuse because they think you have to hit them to discipline their children. Hitting children is not discipline is mistreating them. Discipline is a set of practices to ensure that an individual will behave according to what the familyor society is right.

   When discipline that is trying to do is to insist that this respect and be ruled by certain rules of conduct.

What can you do to help prevent pollution?

I think preventing pollution is very important recycle and reuse materials in all places for example at work or at home.

 At home it is a very good idea to wash the cars on a specific area or take it to carwash because the soap will go directly into a storm water drain.
  Pollution is a very big problem in the panet because pollutes a natural environment, I think all people and me can save the environment, the people should stop the consumption and they should reduce, reuse and recycle.


    In my case I practice the three R!!
       Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!

Citizens must become more aware of the problem, demand respect for the environment and contribute to its deterioration. The contribution of individual citizens, can be very large in some respects:

· Do not throw trash and debris in the streets or anywhere.

· Avoid disturbing noises, both at the neighborhood level (open exhausts, horns, loud music) and domestically.

· Eradicate highly polluting habits such as spitting and defecating in the street or in parks and gardens, etc..

· Plant trees and assist in the maintenance of green areas.

· Do not use products containing pollutants such as CFCs (deodorant spray), leaded gasoline, etc..

· If used motor vehicles, regular combustion engine periodically to prevent the production of toxic gases.

Causes of stress

     In the world most people suffer stress: the worry experienced by a person in particular circumstances, or the state of anxiety caused by this: the stresses of modern life; for example is very common to hear that: Her headaches may be caused by stress.
     My mom always suffers strain because she has much work, I´m experiencing significant stress, and would like to cut down on the daily stress I feel. 
     

     Many times, low morale, poor health, and employee turnover are the first signs of job stress. But sometimes there are no clues, especially if employees are afraid of losing their jobs. The lack of obvious or widespread signs is not good reason to dismiss concerns about job stress or minimize the importance of a prevention program.

English

     English is very important in my country because the tourists who visit need to communicate with people, I think it is better start as early as possible to learn a language to communicate or work.
     I think people should be required to study the same foreign language because it is important to have any knowlage of other language to answer questions or to communicate with other countries.
     I like to study grammar to learn more English, I think it is very important for me I need to learn more 

     I´m still saying "it is very important learn a new language."

     Advertising is an advertising technique that tries to promote the consumption of a product or service through the media. In general terms can be grouped into above the line and below the line depending on the type of media you use to reach your target audience.

     What is a good ad? Whoever is able to sell the product without drawing attention to itself, ie on the ad.
     We are in the midst of a revolution and we must be very attentive to what is and innovate in all aspects of advertising to reach those advertisers who are growing fewer.
